Effective Date: June 1, 2026. This policy details how our discovery platform protects your personal records under international regulations.
We are committed to absolute data compliance. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDA, India) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Europe), we ensure that your personal information is processed lawfully, transparently, and with strict purpose limitation. We secure explicit, revocable consent before gathering or analyzing any user profile data.
We collect name, email address, and mobile number (for passwordless authentication) during account registration. We collect workspace details, photos, and public reviews submitted by contributors to populate our shared workspace discovery index. We also track anonymous telemetry—specifically venue view counts, category filters, and search city coordinates—to optimize platform search functionality and enable analytical dashboards.
With your explicit approval via our Cookie Consent settings, we integrate Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics (GA), and Microsoft Clarity. These tools process non-identifiable telemetry to optimize page load speeds (Largest Contentful Paint) and monitor search performance. Telemetry is anonymized and IP addresses are masked by default.
You possess the absolute right to inspect, update, and export all personal credentials gathered on this platform. Contributor accounts and business owners can access their dashboard to download a machine-readable archive of all their saved places, submitted reviews, speed test coordinates, and transaction logs.
In strict compliance with DPDA and GDPR, you have the right to request full erasure of your personal data. Upon requesting account termination, all active sessions, email logs, profile photos, and claimed business links will be permanently deleted from our database tables. Anonymized reviews will remain dissociated from your identity.
To protect the integrity of our remote work index, we maintain manual and automated moderation systems. Submitting offensive, duplicate, or financially sponsored reviews constitutes a terms violation. We reserve the right to suspend or block accounts identified as sources of malicious spam. All suspended users have the right to appeal.
If you have questions regarding your data privacy under the DPDA/GDPR frameworks, wish to revoke consent, or would like to request full erasure, contact our data protection team:
